I apologize to Mahama, he’s a good man, I was harsh, and not fair to him – Agyapong

Kennedy Agyapong has apologized to former president John Dramani Mahama, calling him a wonderful man to whom he had not been fair.

He claims that, in retrospect, he has seen that his harsh criticism of Mahama was unjustified and that an unequivocal apology to the former president was only appropriate.

“The way he has handled me and how I have spoken harshly to John Mahama, I think have not been fair to Mahama. He is such a wonderful man.

“I apologize, I am a human being. I think I recount my relationship with him and all that I want to say I am sorry,” Agyapong said in an interview with Bola Ray.

However, he acknowledged that he gets along well with Mahama’s family, particularly his wife.

Kennedy Agyapong was one of the National Democratic Congress’s most vociferous detractors, which contributed to the party’s defeats in the 2016 and 2020 elections.
