Ashanti region has benefited more from GNPC projects – Dr Kwesi Duah


Dr. Dominic Kwesi Duah the executive director of the Ghana National Petroleum Company Foundation (GNPC), has reiterated that when it comes to infrastructural projects by GNPC, the Ashanti region has benefited greatly.


According to Dr. Kwesi Eduah, when it comes to infrastructural developments like building facilities for the health, Sanitation, Education, and other sectors GNPC has quite well for the Ashanti region.


He indicated that GNPC has built uncountable school buildings and provided Scholarship support to the needy as well.


He emphasized that the sole aim of the GNPC is to provide support to the various communities and the people.


Mr. Eduah who was speaking with the media after they had recently commissioned three ultramodern school buildings and toilet facilities for the region reiterated that GNPC will continue to throw its support for the country’s development.


They commissioned 3 ultramodern classroom blocks in the Ashanti region. A 6-unit classroom block at Adansi Asokwa, Dasubimadwene in the Adansi district, and Kumasi High School.


They also handed over an Ultra modern toilet facility for the Atonsu Bokro community a suburb of Kumasi.


Speaking with Kessben News, the headmaster of the Kumasi High Academy Benjamin Tawiah Twun also applauded GNPC for for the gesture.


He also praised the government and the education ministry for better implementation interventions in the education sector.
