Tickets to be sold at gates for Kotoko vs Karela game at the BYS
A decision to sell tickets at the gate for Sunday’s BetPawa Premier League between Kotoko and Karela United has been made by the National Sports Authority, NSA, and the Interim Management Committee of Asante Kotoko SC.
In order to help those who have trouble obtaining game tickets online, that will be integrated with E-ticketing.
Largely as a result of fans’ inability to use the E-ticketing technology, the club’s thronging fans have had difficulty purchasing tickets for Asante Kotoko home games online.
The NSA and the IMC have decided to sell tickets at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium gate in order to address the problem and entice fans back to the stadium. This will allow fans to obtain any tickets that are still available to see Asante Kotoko’s home matches.
The last home game of the season for Asante Kotoko, a match against Hearts of Oak, drew over 6,000 spectators, the second-highest attendance of the entire previous campaign.
Kotoko will be hoping to win at home for the first time in six games when they play Karela United on Sunday at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
