“Unless Sarkodie apologizes, I won’t let it go” says an upset Samini

Reggae and Dancehall artiste, Samini revealed his bond with rapper Michael Owusu Addo known as Sarkodie remains broken due to an unresolved issue.

According to him, Sarkodie hasn’t apologized for his actions, so until he does, he won’t forgive him. He noted that Sarkodie lacked respect and commitment after he delayed responding to a song collaboration, causing tension between them.

In an interview on the Day show with Bella Mundi, Samini stated that he’s willing to forgive Sarkodie if only he apologizes for disrespecting him.

Bella then asked if he had forgiven Sarkodie for his unfair treatment clearly he hadn’t moved on from that feud with Sarkodie.

He explained, “When someone genuinely apologizes, and says Charlie sorry that I poured red oil on your white attire it becomes very easy to forgive. But if he tells you, this small thing, you’ve taken it seriously,” how are you going to be cool?

He then said if they trivialize the issue, the only forgiveness I can offer is to leave them to their Maker. They may think they’re okay, but they can’t keep causing harm without consequences.”

Samini shared how Sarkodie disrespected him by questioning a song he sent and not responding on time.

Samini expressed his frustration, saying, “I appreciate challenges, but Sarkodie, a younger musician, questioned the song I sent him, ignored my messages, and acted like nothing happened. This went on for years until I publicly addressed it”
