RE: “Bird Turns Human’ Police Arrest Prophetess for causing fear & Panic
Prophetess Madam Mary Esther, the head pastor of the Deeper Church International in Gomoa Mampong, has been detained by the Gomoa Dominase Police after she accused a 30-year-old woman of being a witch in Gomoa Mampong.
This follows after widespread reports that Prophetess Mary apparently claimed she prayed to turn the witch that was flying to have fallen down and turned to human.
It has been established through police investigations that the accused was a mentally challenged person from Gomoa Fetteh, not New Winneba.
The Prophetess was later charged and is scheduled to appear in court on July 19, 2023.
