Alcohol is medicinal, God created it – Catholic priest affirms

According to Catholic priest Rev. Father Chinenye Oluoma, alcohol was made by God specifically for human consumption.

During Sunday church service, he made this revelation.

Alcohol consumption is OK, in his view, because it has therapeutic benefits.

Fr. Oluoma cited a Bible text to support his claim that God had given His blessing on alcohol.

The Catholic priest informed the assembly that Timothy was instructed by St. Paul to take wine in order to treat his ulcer.

The minister made the distinction that, in order to reap the benefits, everything God created must be used responsibly. Alcohol is not an exception, he continued.

Whether you like it or not Alcohol is medicinal, it’s God that created alcohol. St. Paul said to Timothy “Take it because it is medicinal”.

Why didn’t St. Paul tell Timothy ”Go and pray against your ulcer. Have faith in God he has promised us divine healing.”

“He said ‘take alcohol, take wine’. Everything God created, you know just like wine, if you take it as you should moderately, it will benefit you.

So those of you who like to take wine please drink it, but in moderate amount.”
