Football transfer rumours: Arsenal yet to agree Rice payment plan; Chelsea find Mount replacement

West Ham are holding up Arsenal‘s move for Declan Rice as they want a more favourable structuring of the payment plan. The Gunners have agreed to a £105m fee but the Hammers want to receive the majority of this sum in the near future. (The Sun)
