Amo Darteh, Kennedy Agyapong’s spokesperson, has emphasized that his boss will never withdraw from the party’s presidential primary. Kennedy Agyapong is an aspirant for the office of president of the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
The spokesperson speaking on Kessben FM’s Maakye with Akuoko Kwarteng strongly refuted claims that Kennedy joined the race to amass votes for his good friend Alan Kyeremanteng.
Media reports apparently suggest Kennedy Agyapong decided to contest in a bid to canvass votes for Alan Kyeremanteng and pull out.
Darteh his spokesperson speaking on Kessben FM swore that Kennedy Agyapong will never pull out from the constest.
“The reports going rounds claiming Kennedy joined the contest to pile up delegates for Alan Kyeremateng is never true.
I’m stressing this on authority. There won’t ever be, it will not happen. Kennedy is 63 and it’s time for him” If anyone tells you that Kennedy is running to pile up delegates for Alan, shame that person” He said.
