Video of President Akufo-Addo’s Kyebi Residence in Alleged Galmasey Saga – Caretakers angry
The caretakers of President Akufo-Addo’s private property in Kyebi, Eastern Region, have denied charges by former Environment Minister, Prof Frimpong Boateng, that unlicensed miners destroyed parts of a garden.
The enraged caretakers claim Prof Boateng’s mining claim is unsubstantiated.
According to Prof Frimpong-Boateng’s report on illegal mining, when he learned that the President’s garden had been overrun by illegal miners, he dispatched a team with excavators to restore the greenery.
