‘I need a man to be my husband to become the 1st gentleman of Ghana but don’t expect me to cook & clean’ – Akua Donkor
Akua Donkor, a consistent presidential candidate in Ghana’s general elections, has stated that she is ready to settle down.
The flagbearer of the Ghana Freedom Party (GFP) says she is looking for a husband to settle down with.
Akua Donkor, who lost her spouse two years ago, has said that she is ready to remarry.
Akua Donkor has supposedly declared her intention to run for president again in 2024, despite receiving low votes in previous years.
She has stated that she needs a guy at her side who will be the first gentleman of the land if she wins the elections in 2024.
“I haven’t re-married since my husband died. It’s been two years and my ring is no longer on my finger. I need to get married again because I need a partner as a female politician. It gets to a point in this political career where you and your husband’s presence will be required. I need a man to become a first gentleman after I win power.”
“You won’t marry me to come and cook and clean for you. I won’t be responsible for house chores, that won’t happen. I only want your name,” He said on Kofi TV.
