Awutu Kwei Shooting: 7 bullets retrieved from the body of victim
Three bullets remain inside the body of the victim after seven bullets have been removed.
According to information acquired by Kessben FM, the men assaulted the quarry site and made away with GHC 2,500 and heavy weapons.
Kofi Diaka, a security guard, was attacked by robbers with guns yesterday at the Hao-xin stone quarry in Awutu-Kwei. His condition was described as critical.
Benjamin Thompson, the country director of Haoxin Quarries, described the victim’s condition as critical. According to him, the victim’s body had been cleared of seven bullet fragments as of this morning, with three still lodged in his chest.
He claims that doctors have determined that the sufferer is internally bleeding.
