Too much religionism in Ghana: You can’t be productive while always fasting and taking everything spiritual – Bishop Kantanka
RT.Rev Prof Osei Sarfo Kantanka has advised Ghanaians to work to be more industriously productive than taking most things to be spiritual.
Prof Sarfo Kantanta speaking on Church Bells with Sammy Adu Boakye on Kessben TV last Sunday avered most Ghanaians are now very lazy due to their too much centeredness on spiritualism.
According to him, most Ghanaians turn to pay more attention to the spiritual side of everything and overlook the very basic problems which ought to be approached.
“We live in a country where we mostly talk about superstitions. It is always spiritual, go and do this, go and do that, go and fast, etc.
The person working should go and fast at work, how can he be productive for the work to earn so that he can be paid?
Haven’t said fasting is not there but we should not make these kinds of things a routine to let the word of God go down.
What I’m saying is that you may enjoy good health and all may go well with you, even as your soul prospers, God bless you for us to receive the full gospel” He said.
Bishop has always said and proven with biblical quotations that money is a gift from God which he provides through the efforts of man.
