Assemblyman attacked by armed robbers at Santase (Video)
The Assemblyman for Santase Fankyenebra electoral area Hon Samuel Amankwah was physically assaulted by some unknown at the dawn of Tuesday.
According to the Assembly after he was attacked by the robbers a dead body was subsequently found.
It was believed the friends of the robbers who killed the 50 year -old were the same people who robbed the Assemblyman.
According to eyewitnesses the suspected robbers chased the assemblyman with a motorbike as he was heading to discharge his duties.
After battering his body for a while they took away his money and his mobile phone.
