National Cathedral: Muslims would by now have finished building it themselves – Nana Frimpong Ziega

Nana Frimpong Ziega is convinced Muslims in Ghana would by now have finished putting up such a magnificent structure through their collective effort.

Speaking on Kessben FM’s Maakye with Kwame Appiah Kubi, the hardcore social and political analyst said the back and forth around the building of the National Cathedral is mainly caused by how the frontiers of the Cathedral have neglected some Christians to come on board.

According to Ziega, if the Board of the National Cathedral project involves the one-man churches that command huge followers in Ghana, it will be enough for Christians in Ghana to put up such a structure without any Government involvement.

He stressed that Religious leaders like Rev OB of MOGPA, Rev Obampour Adakwa Ayiadom, Rev Obofour, and Rev Obinim who command huge followers in Ghana have been all neglected, and if the Board involve them, their influence alone can bring Christians together to build the church without any Government support.

Ziega added with a relatively smaller percentage of Muslims in the country, they would by now finish putting up a structure.
