C/R: Assistant Headmaster shot whiles easing himself in a bush
A 35-year-old Assistant Headmaster of Ekumfi Akra Methodist Basic School who also doubles as the Ghana National Association of Teachers Local Secretary in the Ekumfi District of the Central Region has been shot whiles easing himself in a bush near their Teacher Bangalow.
Report gathered by Kessben FM’s Nana Tawiah revealed that the Teacher Mr.Shadrack Frimpong on Wednesday, December 11, 2023, early in the morning around 5:30 went to a nearby bush around their Staff Bangalow to ease himself and upon easing himself he was shot.
It was revealed that the bullets hit a tree in front of him which prevented the bullet from hitting him directly.
The bullets hit his left eye and his hand. It was suspected these unknown men who shot the teacher planned to kill him and fortunately, the tree saved him.
Speaking in an interview with Nana Tawiah, some of his colleagues revealed that, they were in their rooms when they heard this Assistant Headmaster screaming and calling for help, and upon reaching there, they saw the teacher in a pool of blood which indicates that he has been shot so they quickly rushed him to the Mankessim Roman Hospital for treatment.
