My Children Are Fulfilling My World Cup Dream – Abedi Pele
Despite not being eligible to compete in the World Cup as a player, Ghanaian football great Abedi Pele, who is also the father of Andre Ayew and Jordan Ayew, has supported his two kids in their endeavors.
Pele, the legendary player in Ghanaian football, was never given the opportunity to compete in a World Cup game, despite collecting awards on the continent and in Europe.
Abedi Pele has revealed that his two kids, Andre and Jordan Ayew, are realizing his goal of playing for the Black Stars during the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
“It was a dream of mine to play in the @FIFAWorldCup, but I didn’t get the chance back then!” Now I’ll make my dream a reality, and Ghana, come on. #BringBackTheLove #BlackStars. “Alhamdulillah,” the Black Stars great said in a post on Twitter.
