My music journey started at Kessben FM/TV, had wanted to be a teacher though – Amerado (Video)
Ghanaian rapper Amerado Burner has recounted his journey as a musician noting the realization to do serious music started when he started to make appearances on Kessben FM/TV years ago to be featured on the freestyle rap segment.
According to the hardcore rapper, during the days when he was appearing on the freestyle show on Kessben FM/TV, he was working at a hospital as a folder collector.
He revealed that most often he will miss his duty at the hospital due to his appearances on Radio and TV due to the freestyle which many had fallen in love with.
Amerado eventually quit his job at the hospital and concentrated on his music career which had just taken off.
When asked about when his music journey did start, the rapper retorted that the journey started at Kessben FM/TV with DJ Sims and Mr Bonez years ago at the studious of Kessben FM/TV.
“It started from Kessben. DJ Simms, you Mr. Bonez, the freestyle that your microphones have recorded are like 2 million hits songs.
And then DJ Castro, DJ Slim, Kwame Scientific, NYDJ, It started here. Azeee was taking me from radio station to radio station rapping and doing freestyles” Amerado told Mr Bonez on Kessben TV’s Music Plus show.
