Kotoko’s failed international friendly: If you know what you saying is true, don’t be scared – Franko Naro to Colleague Journos

Senior Ghanaian sports analyst, Frank Owusu Ansah aka Franko has encouraged his colleague sports journalist not to be afraid of speaking the truth.

This follows after Asante Kotoko’s management released a press statement warning Ghanaian sports journalists of court action if they spread any falsehood about the canceled international friendly with Belize.

Naro reacting to a question on Friday’s edition of Questions and Answers on Midfield Action said sports journalists must not be perturbed to speak the truth if they have the fact to back their claims.

He urged sports journalists to desist from drumming unsubstantiated stories in the media landscape.

“If you know what you saying is true don’t be scared to say it. If you have the facts of the matter feel free and say them.

But if you know you don’t have the facts about what you saying, once you can’t provide any evidence then don’t say it” Naro underscored.
