Let’s back Hearts to eliminate AS Bamako but do they have the men to? God help those who help themselves – Eric Bekoe
Former Asante Kotoko forward, Eric Kwabena Bekoe has urged Ghanaians to back Accra Hearts of Oak to eliminate AS Real Bamako on Sunday at the Accra Sports Stadium in the CAF confederation cup.
Hearts of Oak goes into the second leg of the game with a 3-0 deficit and will be hoping to overturn that to qualify.
Eric Bekoe speaking on Kessben TV ahead of Sunday’s game said Hearts should avoid complacency if they want to qualify.
He called on all Ghanaians to rally behind Ghana’s only representative left in the African club competition but queried whether Hearts of Oak have the men to beat AS Real Bamako to qualify.
“God help those who help themselves. As you pray, others too are praying. God did not create you alone. All I can say is that they should avoid complacency.
If you look at the throw-in that led to the goal, you will see it was well rehearsed and worked on. Changing the coach and the timing was wrong but now we should all back Hearts to achieve their aim but do they have the men to eliminate them? that’s the multimillion question” Bekoe stressed.
