Aisha Huang: We are committed to making sure she faces the full rigorous of the law – Samuel Jinapor (Video)

Minister of lands and natural resources, Samuel Abu Jinapor has reiterated that his outfit is going the full length to ensure that all persons involved in illegal mining will face the full rigorous of the law.

Aisha Huang and some three others were on Tuesday remanded into the custody of the National Investigation Bureau pending the final determination of their case.

Abu Jinapor speaking to the media after the court proceedings said the state is very much committed to fighting the canker despite who is found culpable.

“We will continue with our efforts on all fronts in law enforcement, reforms as well as the prosecutorial path which we are fully connected to. The Akuffo Addo government is committed to bringing Aisha Huang and other persons who are involved in illegal mining to face the full rigour of the law” He said.
