JHS Teacher of Mpasatia D/A dies in a Galamsey pit (Video)
A JHS teacher has died after he fell in a Galamsey pit at Manso Mpatasie, near Manso Odaho in the Ashanti Region on Tuesday, October 4, 2022.
According to the report, the teacher went to the site to work but unfortunately fell into a pit around 9 pm.
The assembly member of the Manso-Nweneso-Mpatasie electoral area, Hon. Acheampong Duku George has confirmed the news to Kessben News.
The body has been removed from the pit and conveyed to St. Martin’s Hospital at Agroyesum for autopsy and preservation. The police in the area have begun the investigation.
