Former Asante Kotoko forward, Eric Kwabena Bekoe has queried about the current direction of his former club, Asante Kotoko.
Following Asante Kotoko’s exit from the CAF champions league, there have been postmortem about the shocking elimination by RC Kadiogo which has left many supporters bemoaning how the club is being run.
Most of the supporters of the team are worried over the lack of consistency in player retention at the club.
At the end of every season, most of the key players of the club leave as new ones are brought in, a worrisome situation at the club currently.
Eric Bekoe reacting to Kotoko’s exit from the champions league inquired about the direction of the club first before anything.
“My question is what’s the direction of the Asante Kotoko? Is it to build players and sell? or trophies oriented? Through that, you will know the kind of coaches to bring on board and the calibre of players to buy” Eric Bekoe asked on Kessben FM’s Extra Time Sports.
