Ejura Traditional Council Eulogize Bawumia for water projects (Video)
Ejura traditional council led by the chief Barima Osei Hwidie has attributed the success of Ejura community water supply system to Dr Alhaji Mahmud Bawumia for his immense support for the project.
Speaking at the colourful ceremony to officially introduce the contractors to the community, Barima Osei Hwidie said Ejura community has suffered for a long period of time over the lack of accessible water in most Ejura communities.
Barima Osei Hwidie thanked and praised the vice President of the Republic of Ghana for playing a key role in the water project.
Engineer Ohene Konasu in charge of the National community water supply system in the sideline interview said initially they were supposed to provide 9 boreholes but now it has been increased to 12.
He added that the project is expected to be completed in nine months period, which is approximately 15 million Ghana cedis as a cost.
