Kotoko management likely to resign if BoD does not sack Ogum (Video)
The Kumasi Asante Kotoko management members led by Nana Yaw Amponsah are expected to quit their duty at the Kumasi-based football club if the club’s board of directors insist coach Prosper Narteh remains the head coach of the club, Kessben Sports is gathering.
Though there has not been officially communication relating to Ogum’s resignation, the administration manager of the club, Emmanuel Dassaoberi has confirmed Prosper Narteh has decided to leave the club.
While the BoD of the club has denied the news about the resignation of Ogum, a BoD member, Kofi Abban has stated that Ogum should be fired.
There is a glaring division among the members of the Kumasi-based football club.
Some BoD members have disagreements and issues with the Nana Yaw Amponsah-led Management, which wants Ogum out.
The intelligence we are picking indicates the club management is ready to quit if the BoD insists Ogum stays at the Club.
The BoD on Monday morning will hold a meeting to discuss and take firm decisions about the recent happenings at the club.
