MP’s in Ashanti region don’t care about development in the region – Ziega fires (Video)
Political analyst, Nana Frimpong Frimpong Ziega has said that Members of Parliament representing constituencies from the Ashanti region have been underperforming as far as development in the region is concerned.
Ziega stated that the problem is that they don’t even care about development in the region which is the main reason for the underdevelopment in the Ashanti region.
The Ashanti region which is the cow-cash of the ruling NPP party has seen less development by the Akufo Addo-led Government.
Residents of Suame in the region recently hooted and pelted sachets of water at their Member of parliament over the lack of development in the constituency.
Unhappy Ziega speaking on Kessben FM’s Maakye with Kwame Appiah Kubi called on the people of the Ashanti to rise and demand what is due them.
