Winning the FA cup is more difficult than the league – Hearts coach Hamza Obeng
Assistant coach of Accra Hearts of Oak, Hamza Obeng reckons it is tougher to win the MTN FA cup than winning the Ghana premier league.
In spite of the fact that playing the league involves playing more games than the MTN FA cup, Hamza believes winning the league is quite easy compared to winning an FA cup.
Hamza speaking with Kessben TV underscored that most of the opponents in the MTN FA cup competition are opponents with little information about.
According to him, most of these clubs with less information about are the reason for the major surprises in the MTN FA cup competition.
Accra Hearts of Oak won the Ghana MTN cup while Kumasi Asante Kotoko won the 2021-22 Ghana premier league.
Both clubs for the first time in so many years will represent Ghana in the African club competition, the CAF confederation Cup and the Champions League respectively.
