Good News: Kotoko to hold justify to select 25 players to start an academy, set to travel to Southampton

The champions of the Ghana, Kumasi Asante Kotoko will hold a series of justifying sessions next week to select players to start an academy Kessben Sports has been briefed.

The Justify your inclusion sessions are set to take place in Kumasi under the supervision of the club’s junior team coach Abdul Gazale.

Gazale who also doubles as one of the assistant coaches for the senior was out of the country in the UK where he was trained by the club’s partners, Southampton Football Club about academy football.

In an interactive engagement with Kessben Sports, Gazale revealed that the Chief Executive of the club, Nana Yaw Amponsah has confirmed that the budget for their academy is ready so the club will hold its first justify next week to select about 25 players to start an academy for the club.

The Academy is expected to be a feeder team of the senior side that. Unconfirmed report has it that the academy will be travelling to the UK for schedules training with Southampton football club’s youth team.
