Economic Hardship? 75-old-woman hangs herself to death (Video)
A 75-year-old woman was found dead in her room with a rope around her neck in Okaikrom near Afigyase district of Ghana.
According to residents of Okaikrom, the late woman had no issues with anyone in the community.
For a 75-year-old, many have wondered why the older woman had to end her life by using a rope to commit suicide.
Eyewitnesses have said that even though the woman was found with a rope around her neck, they believed someone had killed the woman and deliberately put the rope around the neck of the old woman. Some others too opined that it might be the hardship enduring that led to the decision to end her life.
Though a postmortem is yet to be conducted about the cause of her death, no signs of dying from hanging were seen on her body.
