Experience is gained through repeated efforts, allow Samuel Boadu to take the team to Africa – Dr Osei Sampane
Former BoD member of Accra Hearts of Oak, Dr Osei Sampane has advised his team to choose continuity over attempts to get rid of Coach Samuel Boadu.
There are divided opinions among the management and the current Board members of the club about the future of the Boadu at Accra Hearts of Oak.
Some top officials of the club are calling for the sack of the current coach to make way for a more experienced coach as the team prepares for the CAF confederation cup.
Dr Osei Sampene however reckons it will be unwise to let go of Samuel Boadu at this time.
“It remains an opinion and they are entitled to their opinions. Experience is gotten through repeated efforts, it is not an overnight thing, Samuel Boadu has the time to get the experience they are talking about.
He is quite a young who has the time. Accra Hearts of Oak should build him to get to that level and he should also build himself through various avenues which are readily available now. He should not be sacked.” Dr Sampane said in an interview with Kessben TV.
