You were comprehensively beaten by RTU, stop accusing your management of fixing the game – Sarfo Gyamfi
Ex Ghana Black Stars player, Sarfo Gyamfi has stated that Accra Hearts of Oak were compressively beaten by Real Tamale United in their last Ghana Premier League game last Sunday.
Hearts of Oak were defeated by the relegation-threatened RTU by 4 goals to one at the Accra Sports Stadium, a scoreline that has triggered some reaction from the club’s fans implying that their game was fixed to help RTU avoid relegation.
The ex-Black Stars player speaking with Sir Joe Laka on Kessben FM’s Midfield Action sports show on Monday stressed that RTU outplayed the phobians to have won by 4-1.
“The fans of the club should understand that they were outplayed and beaten. For home or away does not really matter, Legon Cities came to Kumasi to beat Kotoko.
No one plays a fixed game to be beaten by 4-1. Hearts of Oak supporters should stop accusing their management of selling the game to RTU. They were comprehensively beaten” Sarfo said.
Accra Hearts of failed to win in their last four games of the Ghana premier league. The last season’s winners of the Ghana premier league missed out from the top 4 of the 2021-22 Ghana Premier league.
