Musah Superior, Others File To Contest NPP National Elections
An aspiring General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party, Musah Iddi Superior has filed to contest the forthcoming NPP Congress as a General Secretary of the party come July 15 if he gets the nod from the party’s vetting committee . Speaking to the Press after filing he said after touring 103 constituencies, he’s confident to sweep about 60 % of the votes if what he has seen and heard is anything to go by. Musah touched on so many issues especially the shabby treatment of delegates and party officials at the constituency and electoral areas. “There’s a lot of work to be done at the local levels who need to be empowered and equipped to do party work by equipping and resourcing them adequately . “Look at this National Headquarters, does it befit a party like NPP ? Our party is richer than the NDC but look at NDC headquarters it tells you that all is not well with our party”
He spoke in wide range of issues and put his vision for the party and the country. I came here alone to file my papers and this Is to show how humble I am. “l didn’t need to come here with fanfare and brass band , this is just filing of papers”.
He emphasized that he be the next General Secretary of the party next July and he hopes to change a lot of things when he gets the nod Some other aspirants also came to file theirs . Notably, Essilffie Kumi,,the aspiring National Organiser ,Hajia Saeed Saudatu aspiring National Women’s Organiser, Hon Kwasi Osei Agyei , National Chairman and some Nasara Aspirants.
In all about ten people came to file their papers for the upcoming national executive Elections,
