In an effort to promote healthy living among women and mothers, “Yumvita”, a brand in the Promasidor Ghana chain products has organized an aerobic workout session in Accra for women and mothers to keep fit and to network.

The event which was termed ‘’Yumvita Mommies Work-out Session for Mothers” and had sponsorship from “Decathlon and “Myhealthcop”, attracted participants from the media IN Accra as well as other professionals.

The participants were taken through series of work out exercises in an atmosphere of music, dance and and fun.

Speaking at the event, the Brand Manager for “Yumvita” Mrs. Emmeline Tagoe stated that, the health of mothers is very important to “Yumvita” hence the reason for this work-out exercise for mothers. She also stated that “Yumvita’s motive was to appreciate mothers and consumers of “Yumvita”.

She ended by reminding mothers to stay healthy and fit always and especially as the times are not normal times with the repetitive outbreaks of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Madam Allen Dear Addy, a lactating mother, speaking with Kessben news eulogized the Yumvita brand. She mentioned that because of her busy daily activities as a mother, she never has time to exercise so she was excited about the work out initiative organized by “Yumviata” to help mothers.
