Abedi Pele would have called for the exit of the Ayew brothers from Black Stars if they were not his sons – Kofi Badu
Former Ghana Black and Asante Kotoko footballer, Kofi Badu has called for the exit of the Ayew brothers from the Black Stars.
The Kotoko legend speaking in a telephone interview with Sir Joe Laka stunningly stated that the father of the Ayew Brothers, Abedi Ayew Pele would have long called for the exit of the two from the Black Stars team if he was not their father.
According to the 1983 African Champions League winner, the two brothers have played for the national team for a longer period and have exhausted all that they can offer the team.
Kofi Badu bemoans that is time to give chance to other talents who are very hungry to give off their best to the senior national football team, the Black Stars.
“If Jordan and Dede Ayew were not the sons of Abedi Pele, Abedi Pele would have long called for them to be out of black stars. Let’s say the truth. It’s obvious. They have played the black stars for quite a long time and it’s time for them to leave” Black Stars Legend Kofi Badu stressed on Kessben TV.
Kofi Badu is a grand figure in the history of Asante Kotoko. An African champion in 1982. He was an African club championship finalist in 1982 and later won it in 1983 with Kotoko. Badu was Kotoko’s greatest player in the 1980s according to Ghana Sports History.
