‘We Are In Talks With Puma for a Possible Reduction in the Price of the New Jersey’ – GFA PRO
The communication director of the Ghana Football Association, Henry Asante Twum has disclosed that the Ghana Football Association will have a discussion with Puma about a possible reduction in the price of the newly outdoor jersey for the Black Stars.
Puma on Monday 29th May 2022 released the 2022 home and away jerseys for the senior national football team of Ghana, the Black Stars with a price tag of Euros 90.
Many Ghanaians have reacted to the price of the new Black Stars jersey complaining that it is too expensive.
Henry Asante Twum speaking on Kessben FM’ Extra Time Sports conceded the fact that the jersey which is priced at GHC750 is somehow expensive.
According to him, the football Association do not have much control over the pricing but noted that the federation will engage the official jersey sponsor to hold a discussion about a possible reduction in the price.
