Consider Bawumia and Alan Kyeremanteng Ticket for NPP to break the 8-Year Election Cycle – Atta Akyea throws weight behind Bawumia (Video)
Member of Parliament for the Abuakwa South Constituency, Hon. Samuel Atta Akyea has called on the members of the New Patriotic Party to settle on vice president Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia as the next flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party.
The Astute lawyer believes the vice president deserves to be given the nod with his wealth of experience in the Ghana political terrain.
Speaking on Kessben FM’s Breaking News with Nyakoh Abronomah, Atta Akyea said Dr. Bawumia has been an integral political figure of the party thus will give the party a high chance of breaking the 8 if he leads the party in the 2024 elections.
He suggested that Trade Minister Alan Kyeremanteng should be paired with Dr Bawumia as the running mate for the party not to waste time and resources.
“I believe Bawumia should go and Alan should be his running mate so we avoid waste. A mate too can become a very good driver. Why use and dump? Bawumia has what it takes and I’m for him” He said.
