E-Levy: ‘Akufo Addo is serving his 2nd term so he does not really care about your struggles’ – Tetteh Chai

Former Member of parliament of Ablekuma, Hon. Theophilus Tetteh Chai says the president of Ghana, Akufo-Addo is insensitive to the adversity Ghanaians are going through.

The former lawmaker reckons the current hardship faced by Ghanaians is a result of the high corruption in the Akufo Addo led government.

According to him, the president does not care about the hardship and the suffering Ghanaians are enduring because he is serving his second term.

Hon. Tetteh Chai speaking on Kessben Maakye with Kwame Appiah Kubi said the president has been sleeping on the job as he has shown no empathy for the hardship the citizenry are going through.

Reacting to the newly introduced Electronic Tax by the Government, Hon. Tetteh noted if the Government is really ready to fight corruption in the country, the state would have gotten times 3 of the projected money they are expecting to get from E-Levy.
