Okaikwei South: NPP Constituency Elections held with scores of chaos recorded at some constituencies (Video)

The elections of the constituency party officers could not commence without chaotic scenes at some constituencies where elections were held on Thursday 28th April 2022.

At Okaikwei south, some members of the party believed to be delegates threatened to boycott and halted the constituency elections for some hours.

It took the huge presence of the police to restore calm for proceedings to continue.

In the Ashanti Region, similar cases of chaos at some constituencies were recorded over some misunderstandings between the delegates and the executives of the party.

The constituency delegates’ conference was set between 28th April 2022 to 4th May 2022.
