(Video) ‘It was sad, they outplayed and beat us’ – Kotoko Supporters chairman reacts to 3-1 defeat against Legon Cities

The circles’ chairman of Kumasi Asante Kotoko, Christopher Damanya has described the performance of Kotoko against Legon Cities as terrible after the Kumasi based side lost at home on matchday 26 of the Ghana premier league.

The supporters’ chairman speaking on Kessben TV after the game noted that his side played nothing, noting that Legon cities completely outplayed them.

He said that the performance of Kotoko last Sunday does not characterise a title-winning club.

Despite the loss, Asante Kotoko still leads the Ghana premier league table with 52 points with Bechem Chelsea occupying the 2nd spot with 44 points with a game in hand.

Damanya said it was sad to have witnessed his side being beaten in such a humiliating manner by Legon Cities at their home grounds.
