Worried Anas Aremeyaw runs to Ghana Ambassador in USA to ensure Kwesi Nyantakyi does not go near football in Ghana(Video)
Investigative journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas has written to the Ministry of sports in Ghana through the Ghana Ambassador in the United States Of America calling for the ex GFA president to stay away from football.
The former FIFA Council member, Kwesi Nyantaky was banned from football and its related activities for life by FIFA and was subsequently reduced to a 15-year sanction by the Court of Arbitration for sports.
Prior, during and after Ghana’s crucial World Cup playoff game with Nigeria, the former GFA President, Kwesi, did enjoy some positive press in the local media in Ghana for playing some behind the scene roles which helped Ghana to Qualify for the Qatar 2022 World Cup.
The worried investigative journalist whose work led to Nyantakyi’s ban seems not to be excited about how the name of the former GFA president continues to dominate in football matters in the country.
Anas is reported to have written to the ministry of sports through the Ghana Ambassador to the USA questioning why the ministry of sports in Ghana has been having football engagements with the ex GFA capo.
