Workers of GTP demonstrate against female Managing Director who they had many hopes for but now ‘Messing Up’ (Video)
Workers of Ghana Textiles Printing Company Limited (GTP) demonstrated against their managing director, Fatoumata Doro.
Most of the workers at GTP are calling on the powers that be to get rid of Fatoumata who they say has brought many divisions since taking office.
A member of the GTP staff speaking in an interview with Nyakoh Abronomah on Kessben FM/TV said the Managing Directors recently sacked 6 senior managers of the company without any justification.
According to them, they were very hopeful that young Fatoumata was going to bring new energy to revive GTP but unfortunately, she has been abysmal since assuming office.
They say, Fatoumata since her appointment has cancelled the collective bargaining agreement CBA and has been managing the company with a “divide and rule style”
