Akyem Oda: NPP party folks besiege MP’s house, MP allegedly jumps wall (Video)

Some irate members of the New Patriotic Party in Akyem Oda stormed the premises of their member parliament, Alexander Akwasi Acquah following issues surrounding the recently held polling station executive elections.

Kessben FM/TV’s correspondent, Tweneboah Kodua reporting from Akyem Oda told Nyakoh Abranomoah that the irate NPP members are not happy as to why their coordinator’s elections have still not been held after the polling stations’ executive elections.

Some of the party folks speaking on Kessben TV stressed that they cannot phantom as to why the coordinator’s election has not been held meanwhile all other constituencies have held theirs.

According to them, they had to storm the house of the member of parliament because hierarchically, the MP comes first.

It is alleged that security quickly intervened and scaled a wall with the MP during the chaotic scene.
