Leaked: We were hired to vote in the NPP polling station executive elections – Woman alleges (Video)

A woman has confessed about how some executives of the ruling New Patriotic Party engaged them to vote in the recently held polling station elections in Boankra.

There has been a back and forth between the leadership of the party and the grassroots members of the party prior, during and after the polling station elections.

There were reports in some constituencies that people were hired to vote for preferred candidates of the top brass of the party.

According to the woman, some executives of the party suddenly called them to the place where they were having the election without them having any idea that it was an election that was being held.

The woman speaking with a Kessben TV reporter stated that they were asked by the executives to raise their hands if they agreed with what had been said and they rose their hands affirmatively to what had been said.

She revealed that while being asked and when they rose their hands there were cameras on which took shots of the voting. The organizers thanked them and asked them to then leave after the acclamation according to her narration.
