Being very economical and building the cheapest 2 bedroom house in Ghana now cost GHC 100k – Building contractor
Ing Abdulah Mahama has underscored that an estimated amount of GHC100,000 is needed to complete a simple 2 bedroom house in Ghana currently.
Following the increment of prices of building materials, the Building expert says less than Ghc100,000 won’t be enough to complete a 2 bedroom house.
Speaking with Kwame Appaiah Kubi on Kessben FM/TV, Ing Abdulah Mahama noted that the estimation of GHC100,000 will only be enough to cater for a cheap 2 bedroom house but not just any.
He stressed that for a 2 bedroom house with an exceptional building design, GHC100,000 cedis would not be enough to finish such a project.
