Kusi Boafo to move across all 16 regions in Ghana to seek public opinion on…

The Chief Executive officer of the public sector reforms, Mr. Thomas Kusi Boafo has revealed his outfit will soon touch base across all the 16 regions in Ghana to seek opinions on several issues bordering the country.

The head of the public sector reforms intends to scrap the ex-gratia from the Ghanaian public sector structure thus embarking on this project to seek consultation with the general public before a decision can be taken.

Speaking on Kessben Breaking News with Kwasi Ntiamoah on Kessben FM/TV, the former Kumasi Polytechnic lecturer indicated that his team will take off with the consultation with the public in March 2022.

According to him, it has become necessary to embark on such a move to take a firm decision about the ex-gratia which appears to be a distaste of more Ghanaians.

An ex-gratia payment is any money paid with no obligation to make such a payment. An ex gratia could pass for a gift from the people of Ghana to article 71 class of public workers.
