Sule Muntari will be crucial for the Nigeria game, we badly need him – Video analyst Newton gives reasons
Kessben FM/TV’s football analyst and video analyst, Peter Newton Lartey has called for the inclusion of former AC Milan player Sule Muntari in the Ghana squad to face Nigeria in the World cup playoff game.
Speaking on Midfield Action with Joe Laka, Newton pointed out that Sule Muntari will be an essential addition to the Black Stars considering his wealth of experience.
Newton referenced the discipline of the 37-year-old on the field making sure he discharge his roles effectively.
His fluidity of the game will come as a huge advantage to the Black Stars if he’s featured for the Nigeria encounter according to the Video analyst.
Sule Muntari however was slapped with an indefinite suspension from the Black stars following the debacle at the Brazil 2014 Worldcup.
In 2016, he officially apologised for his conduct which led to the suspension. He currently stands a chance to play for the national team if the powers that be decide to lift the suspension.
