NPP Fomena Chaos: NPP youth paints party office in NDC colours, mount John Mahama banner (Video)

The youth of the New Patriotic Party have gone berserk following some disagreements with their party leadership in Fomena Constituency.

The irate youth had to paint the party office in the colours of the National Democratic Congress expressing their readiness to switch to the NDC.

The youth are reportedly furious over how the leadership of the party are going about the upcoming polling station executive elections. According to them, most of the forms which were put on sale have all been unfairly given/sold to preferred candidates of the leaders.

What has really exasperated them is how the Fomena Member of parliament, Andrew Asiamah Amoako has been an influence in the upcoming elections. They say for someone who dumped the party and went on an independent ticket to contest for an MP has no locust in their party’s internal affairs.

Former NPP chairman of Fomena, Akwasi Nti in an interview with Kwame Appiah Kubi on Kessben TV said it is very unfortunate for the youth to have gone to that extent but noted that he has personally ensured the party office is being painted back in the NPP colours.
