First batch of Ghanaian Students in Ukraine land in Kotoka (Video)

The first batch of Ghanaians students in Ukraine have safely arrived in Accra on Monday 1st March 2022.

The Deputy Foreign affairs Minister of Ghana, Hon. Ampratwum confirmed that the first batch of Ghanaians citizens who arrived are 17 people.

He noted that the 17 had to travel by land from Ukraine to Romania before they booked a connecting flight which eventually landed them in Ghana.

According to him, the number of Ghanaians in Ukraine is 1200 with 945 being students. He stated that out of the 945 students, 29 of them are on a government-sponsored scholarship.
