BULLET AND CO MUST CONTEST THE BAN IN COURT – ENOCK AGYEPONG ON KESSBEN ENTERTAINMENT
Artist producer and entertainment analyst Enock Agyapong has stated that Bullet and other industry players must contest the ban on advertising for some products as a celebrity in court.
Speaking on Kessben entertainment with Kojo Preko Dankwa the artist manager didn’t miss words on the issue and advised anyone who has been hit by these directives should go to court for more interpretations.
His call came as a result of National lottery authority picking some celebrities to help promote and educate the public from fraudulent people using their outfit.
Enock Agyapong in his submission said this,
“If NLA can pay Artist to promote their Gambling then I don’t see how Gaming Commission can Ban Artist from also promoting Gambling and these Artist must go to court to seek redress and get compensation for the monies they lost because of that ban.
This is business not charity”, he added.
