Charles Osei Assibey, a Ghanaian sports journalist who is the current President of the Ghana Armwrestling Federation and secretary for the Sports Writers Association of Ghana (SWAG) says the Black Stars team at the ongoing 2021 AFCON can not win the trophy.
Ghana lost to Morocco in their opening game against Morocco on Monday by one goal to nill.
The former Happy FM sports presenter, speaking on Kessben FM’s Midfield Action with Kwame Mikke said that there was no way this lightweight Ghana team was going to beat the Moroccan team.
Charles underscored the fact that Ghana even did well by conceding only one goal after the full time.
According to him, the team is not the worst Black Stars squad but indicated the current Black Stars set-up has lost its mojo previous Black stars teams had.
