I don’t believe in Juju but a lot happens with the North African clubs – Fred Achie narrates some odds

CAF match coordinator, Frederick Acheampong who recently coordinated the CAF Super Cup in Doha, Qatar says he does not believe in superstition in football but noted that a whole lot of odd things happen before, during, and after football games.

The senior sports journalist speaking with Kwame Mikke on Midfield Action narrated some experiences he had with the competing teams of the Super Cup final which was played between Al-Ahly and Raja Casablanca.

Fred stressed that he is not a proponent of superstition in football but the north African clubs do more in line with that regard.

He narrated how one of the players faked an injury just before kickoff.
